Key responsibilities
- Driving high levels of customer service and satisfaction, providing first-class face-to-face support.
- Managing incidents and service requests assigned via the Service Desk toolset, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Building, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Windows 7/10 OS related issues and mobile devices.
