Security Development & Test Manager

As the Security Development and Test Manager, you will be responsible for implementing secure software development practices and leading the security testing lifecycle across development projects. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate security into DevOps processes, drive vulnerability testing, and ensure applications meet defined security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of secure development and testing services across projects and clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and internal quality standards for security testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security tools into CI/CD pipelines, maintain and improve automated security testing workflows.
• Oversee the planning and execution of security tests, including static and dynamic analysis, ensuring appropriate tooling is used and maintained.
