The ideal candidate will have strong procurement interface management experience and a track record of delivering within complex, regulated infrastructure environments.

- Experience working within large-scale, regulated infrastructure programmes (e.g., energy, transport, utilities) with strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Engineering, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- Project Management accreditation (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP) preferred; procurement/commercial qualifications (e.g., CIPS) are an advantage.
- Experience in regulated or complex infrastructure environments (e.g., energy, transport, utilities) desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining package schedules, cost forecasts, and risk/issue logs; monitoring supplier performance and driving timely resolution of delivery, commercial, and technical issues.
- Managing interfaces between Owners Scope suppliers and the wider delivery organization to ensure clear handoffs, access, integration, and commissioning readiness.
- Chairing/attending package progress reviews, supplier meetings, and interface workshops, ensuring actions are captured, owned, and closed out.
