You will work closely with various teams, handle case management and customer support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid position based in Whitley, Coventry, with a salary range of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum.

Additional Information
Location: Whitley, Coventry (JLR office)
Working Model: Hybrid (2 days working from home)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fixed term: 12 months with possible extension
Working Hours (rotational):
- Week 1: 08:00 - 16:30
- Week 2: 09:00 - 17:30
