Join Kyriba as a Senior Workday Specialist, where you will focus on enhancing the candidate and employee experience through the configuration, reporting, and release management of Workday HCM modules. You will be the primary HRIS partner for Recruiting, Performance, and Talent, and will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HRIS partner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent, aligning roadmaps to stakeholder priorities.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Talent processes to increase efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution of cyclical programs such as Annual Performance Reviews, Mid-Year Check-ins, Talent Reviews, and Goal/Objective setting.
