You will support the effective oversight of operational and technology-related risks through high-quality management information, trend analysis, and meaningful risk insights. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement of Operational and Technology Risk reporting through automation, data visualization, and enhanced analytics.

- Technology and operational risk management
- Experience supporting regulatory engagements and internal audits
- Continuous improvement and innovation
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting
- Experience developing management information and dashboards using reporting and visualisation tools
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Planning, organisation and delivery excellence
- Extensive experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk or Risk Reporting within banking or financial services
- Governance and regulatory knowledge
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Experience interpreting complex risk information and translating it into clear executive insights
- Strong understanding of operational risk, ICT risk and technology governance
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms
- Key Competencies
- Executive communication and report writing
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS-2 and ICT risk regulatory expectations
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive reporting improvements
- Leadership and coaching
- Professional qualifications in Risk Management, Information Security or Technology Governance (e.g. CRISC, CISA, CISSP, FRM or equivalent)
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly Operational and ICT Risk reporting to Executive Management and other governance forums, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the ICT risk profile.
- Drive continuous improvement of Operational and Technology Risk reporting through automation, data visualisation and enhanced analytics, while overseeing the development of dashboards and management information.
- Build strong relationships across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security, Operational Resilience and business functions, acting as the primary point of coordination for Operational and Technology Risk reporting.
