Client Partner
Summary
the pitchJoin La Growth Machine as a Client Partner, where you'll manage client portfolios, teach them how to effectively use the tool, advise on building high-performing multichannel campaigns, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and drive adoption of LGM within their teams. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong technical abilities, and a solid understanding of outbound and growth. You'll receive training from industry experts and have the opportunity to contribute to the product roadmap.

- **2-years experience** in BtoB sales / lead-generation (both inbound and outbound)
- **English & French fluent** : you must master english enough to follow up closely your clients on technical and strategical issues.
- you are **very thorough** and you don’t like “slapdash”
- you have excellent notions of **segmentation, copywriting & sales cycles**
- you are already familiar with **Sales & Marketing usual toolbox**
- if you have done **outbound prospection** already ( with LGM? ) it is a must

### You must be
- **Very autonomous** : micro-management is not our thing
- **Accountable :** if something goes wrong, we expect you to be honest about it and tell us right away. We all make mistakes, the question is more about how you react to them :)
- **Good teaching skills :** you help your clients master LGM. If you dont like to pass on knowledge, go on your way.
- **Active listener** : you must listen carefully to your clients, analysing their needs and translating it into how he should use LGM
- **Stamina** : for a good remote team experience, we gather clients calls on afternoons
*A typical day is dedicated to day-to-day tasks ( client follow ups, content redaction… ) or team tasks ( product team meeting, pipeline review… ) on the morning, and from 4 to 6 one-to-one calls on the afternoon.*

### What We Offer
**Salary**
- High salary + variable. We've been selling & modeling for two years - grid on request !
Based on that history, we consider that a good sales & client partner can reach :
- 60k€ the first year
- 75k€ the second year

**Localisation 📍**
- **100% Remote**. You can be located anywhere within the Paris time zone or up to one hour ahead or behind.
But if remote is great, getting an office might also allow a better life balance through physical separation. If you’d rather work on site, we offer everyone a dedicated space.
- **Offsite** : 3 days by trimester with your team // 1 week by year with everyone at LGM
