Key responsibilities

  • Establish and deploy a scalable global Project Business Quality framework, embedding quality and risk management earlier in the project and engineering lifecycle.
  • Define the quality principles, governance, and processes across the complete project lifecycle, from specification and engineering through configuration, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and after-sales.
  • Lead the Project Business approach to major customer complaints, field issues, and critical escalations, ensuring fast containment, robust root-cause analysis, and effective corrective and preventive actions.
