- Between 5 to 8 years of experience as Lawyer in the UK insurance industry (insurers, MGA, brokers, insurtechs), with solid regulatory background
- Experience in dealing with launch and monitoring of UK insurance products, both commercial and retail (including Consumer Duty & Product Governance)
- Strong negotiation skills & eye for detail - you are also proactive and think out of the box
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to overcome new or complex situations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written: the test is you are able to make legal & regulatory topics understandable by all the team !
- High energy and team player, eager to learn and grow with Beloy as we scale

- Experience in dealing with the FCA
- Experience in motor insurance or other retail products
- Other European languages (French, Spanish) appreciated
