Improvement and Change Lead

Join Kingfisher, a leading home improvement company, as an Improvement and Change Lead. In this role, you will design and implement improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology teams. You will work closely with leaders, implementation teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change. This position is based at our B&Q Head Office near Southampton, with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, planning, and mobilisation of high-impact operating model and process improvement initiatives across technology teams.
• Design and shape change activities that align with Kingfisher's strategy and technology operating model, and define value, track benefits realisation.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, implementation teams, and key stakeholders, providing trusted advice and guidance throughout change programmes.
