- Proficient with various technology platforms. You’ll be expected to get up to speed quickly on a number of MarTech tools & applications. Prior experience working with webinar tools (Zoom, On24), CRM (Salesforce), project management platforms (Asana) and event hosting and promoting tools (Splash, Knak, Marketo) are an advantage
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last-minute changes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management
- Proactivity. We want to see you ask questions and come up with solutions
- 3-5 years marketing experience in a hi-tech environment
- A demonstrated interest in analytical skills to drive optimization
- Experience working in a strict deadline-oriented environment, with excellent time management skills
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "can-do" attitude
- Highly organized project and time management skills. At any given time you could be supporting multiple teams in their needs while having to maintain consistent quality of your ongoing projects
- Attention to detail is key. You’ll be responsible for our brand - producing and publishing externally-facing content to our most important customers and prospects
Key responsibilities
- Support the marketing planning processes and establish outstanding user experiences for internal and external customers.
- Own the relationship with agency service providers, managing their training, enablement, workload, and ongoing support.
- Be the go-to-person and owner of the EMEA Marketing Planning cadence, infrastructure, guidance, and forecasting.
