Key responsibilities
- Act as the AMS subject matter expert for public sector opportunities, supporting qualification of AMS opportunities in collaboration with sales and account teams.
- Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs, including written responses and bid reviews, and design AMS solutions covering service scope and support models.
- Work closely with delivery teams to mobilise and transition new AMS engagements, define service governance, SLAs, KPIs and reporting.
