Key responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, complex Government technology portfolios (£30m+) with full accountability for delivery performance, governance, quality, and financial outcomes.
  • Build and sustain trusted, senior-level relationships (CXO and Director-level) within Government organisations, achieving high client satisfaction through consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Own programme financial performance, including budget control, margin management, forecasting, and cost modelling, while managing contractual obligations across a range of contracting models.
