Key responsibilities
- Convert approved processes and work instructions into concise, learner-oriented content, and author Highspot-ready eLearning modules.
- Create persona-based learning journeys and modular learning assets, and develop job aids, quick reference guides, checklists, and supporting learner materials.
- Collaborate with Process and Revenue Cloud SMEs to validate technical accuracy, and package final assets for handoff to the Highspot Platform Team.
