- Experience in a high-volume environment (Hyper or Hybrid-casual) where you have successfully released and scaled multiple games
- 4+ Years of Experience in mobile UA or performance marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming sector
- Advanced analytical skills. You don't just read dashboards; you find the "why" behind the numbers
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies quickly based on real-time performance data
- Deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and the technical nuances of tracking and attribution
- Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets for top-tier global titles
- Deep understanding of ad monetization and its interplay with UA (LTV modeling)
- Prior experience specifically within the London gaming ecosystem
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the user acquisition "go-to-market" strategy for new game titles, moving from soft launch to global scale.
- Manage daily operations across social, SDK networks, and programmatic channels with a focus on rapid iteration and scaling campaigns.
- Take full ownership of budgets and ROAS targets, utilizing expertise to navigate complex privacy landscapes and ensure successful campaign performance.
