Summary
the pitchJoin Voi Technology, a leading micromobility company, as a Talent Acquisition Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department across various countries, partnering with hiring managers, and driving the recruitment process from start to finish. You will also collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the wider People & Culture function to strengthen our talent acquisition practice. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

- We are looking for an ambitious and solution-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
- Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment within the warehouse or blue-collar roles
- Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques, together with the skill of finding talent outside of the obvious places
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
