- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and efficient workflows.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create strategic hiring plans aligned to growth.
