Key responsibilities
- Support sales and commercial activities involving AI-enabled products and services, including advising on regulatory risk, data usage, representations and warranties, and customer-facing AI disclosures.
- Advise engineering, product, and business teams on AI regulations, governance, and risk management, and provide legal guidance on the use of Kraken, customer, and third-party data in AI model training and applications.
- Monitor and advise on emerging global AI jurisprudence, laws and regulations, including the EU AI Act and GDPR, and support AI integration into Kraken products and services, including risk assessment and mitigation.
