Join 365Talents, a leading HR SaaS company, as an International Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers across multiple verticals and geographies within Europe. You will dynamically source and develop qualified opportunities, deliver engaging sales presentations, build and nurture relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market and sales organization strategies. You will be based in the UK or France and will start your journey in our Parisian offices.

  • Minimum of 5 years enterprise/cloud software sales experience, selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level,
  • At least 2 years sales closing experience,
  • Previous experience selling enterprise HR-related solutions to multi-national companies, headquartered in Europe,
  • Ability to tell compelling stories, demonstrating software and building ROI presentations,
  • Ability to successfully work remotely and travel at least 30%,
  • Has the will to always exceed, can keep high activity and motivate yourself,
  • Fluent in English. A + if you speak another language (French or another one).

Key responsibilities

  • Dynamically source and develop every qualified opportunity to secure new logos (outbound sales).
  • Deliver engaging ROI-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person, and build and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Contribute to Go to Market and Sales Organisation Strategies to deliver firm growth across your portfolio and geography.
