Join our team as an International Key Account Manager (KAM) in the UK. In this permanent role, you will develop strong relationships and generate growth with key client accounts in North America and EMEA. You will establish a sales and loyalty strategy, understand customer needs, build customer loyalty, identify opportunities for growth, conduct sales negotiations, and contribute to the animation of our customer community. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams. Fluency in French and English is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Establishing a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer, meeting and getting to know each key contact within our key account customers.
  • Understanding and analyzing each customer's needs and responding with a tailored solution, building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities and levers for developing the solution within the account (up-sell & cross-sell), conducting sales negotiations and anticipating each contract renewal.
