Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptop & Desktop hardware, including upgrades, and perform system rebuilds.
- User account provisioning and administration, including managing permissions and access across various platforms.
- Deliver excellent end-user support and interpersonal engagement, acting as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day IT issues.
