Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining programme and resource plans, ensuring clarity of project scope and accuracy of resource and budget estimations.
- Ensuring effective programme governance is in place, progress is tracked and accurately reported, and programme risks are fully mitigated.
- Managing key stakeholders through effective communication, identifying key issues and providing actionable insights to enable effective decision-making.
