posted by companyWe are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our global team of 10 Salespeople located across our offices in Paris, London, Austin, and Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will act as an expert Individual Contributor focused on expanding our footprint within Europe and the Middle East. In this role, you will be a proactive “hunter,” becoming an expert on Spinergie’s products—Market Intelligence (MI) and Smart Fleet Management (SFM)—to lead high-level client discussions. While this role initially focuses on individual excellence, there is clear potential for evolution into management as we continue to scale.
Missions
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
Strategic Prospecting: Source business opportunities using dedicated tools, your professional network, and our existing network.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and grow a robust sales pipeline.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep knowledge of our MI (big data intelligence for offshore) and SFM (digitization and performance for vessel managers) solutions to effectively demonstrate value to clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project, Product, Marketing and Customer Success (CSM) teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Process Integration: Quickly master and integrate into Spinergie’s internal sales workflows and CRM (HubSpot) to maintain high data integrity and reporting.
