Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the business to shape how we communicate key messages on strategy, people, and culture.
- Lead the strategy and rollout of internal communications for big business changes – creating compelling cascades that are consistent, human, and clear.
- Own and manage internal communications channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, Slack, Confluence), ensuring content is consistent, transparent, timely, and engaging.
