Job Description

This role sits at the heart of how Quadient communicates internally at scale. As Senior Editorial Lead, you’ll shape how our biggest ideas – on our strategy, transformation and culture – are turned into clear, consistent, and meaningful communication across the business.

You are the architect behind our enterprise narrative: making complex change understandable, cutting through noise, and helping our employees focus on what matters most. By defining how we structure, sequence, and deliver communications, you ensure leaders speak with clarity and that the organization moves forward with confidence.

You’ll translate corporate strategy and transformation priorities into a simple, coherent editorial approach—supported by strong narrative frameworks, publishing standards, and governance. In doing so, you act as the guardian of quality and consistency across all internal communications.

At a time of accelerated transformation, this role is critical. You’ll help leaders communicate more effectively, enable employees to understand what’s changing (and why), and ensure our communications support our shift toward more future-ready ways of working – including responsible AI adoption.

Your role in our future:

  • Shape and lead Quadient’s internal communication architecture, ensuring a clear and unified enterprise narrative across corporate, solutions, and transformation priorities
  • Define and govern editorial standards, message frameworks, and publishing discipline to drive clarity, consistency, and quality at a global scale
  • Translate strategy and transformation priorities into simple, compelling narratives that enable understanding, alignment, and action
  • Partner with IC Business Partners to ensure all strategic communications ladder to the enterprise narrative while remaining relevant at solution and functional levels
  • Provide editorial leadership across high-impact communications, channels, and content, guiding leaders, optimizing the channel ecosystem and using insights to improve effectiveness
  • Bring structure and discipline to how communications are planned and sequenced - supporting clear prioritization, reducing noise and protecting employee focus during change
