Join our team as a Project Manager in Glasgow. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the preparation, delivery, and commissioning phases of infrastructure works. You will establish and deliver project-specific objectives, manage contracts and financial performance, and participate in project assurance and gateway reviews. A hands-on construction background and experience delivering infrastructure works are essential.

Essential:

· Available to work on site and be able to obtain Security Clearance. 

 

· Hands on construction background, as opposed to consultant background, with building services experience. 

 

· Experience delivering infrastructure works.

 

· Sound commercial knowledge and understanding of the cost and value of packages as well as construction delivery experience, must be able to question and challenge CE’s.

 

· Hands on experience of managing delivery using NEC4 contracts including management of change and stakeholder management.

 

· IT skills.

 

Desirable:

· Experience of managing projects in complex live operational environment, ability to follow due process in a regulated facility. 

 

· Experience of working in collaborative environment.

 

· Flexibility and adaptability to fast changing needs.

 

· Knowledge and understanding of Gant charts, especially critical path analysis.

 

· Experience using CEMAR or similar Construction contract management software.
