Key responsibilities
- Lead the management of the technology portfolio for the current financial year and three-year planning horizon, providing a clear view of work in delivery, planned activity, and new demand.
- Facilitate annual and quarterly portfolio review cycles, ensuring priorities are aligned with business outcomes, capacity, dependencies, costs, and risks.
- Partner with Technology Directors, Product teams, and Chapters to support effective planning, governance, and investment decision-making.
