About the role

The CEO Office Analyst will support the Chief of Staff to the CEO by delivering high‑quality analysis, decision‑ready briefings and PMO coordination that accelerate strategic execution and strengthen Board engagement. You will synthesize complex information into clear and concise recommendations, prepare high quality Board and executive materials, and act as the operational coordinator for CEO‑sponsored projects. This is a high‑visibility role with significant autonomy and opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders/functions.

Work model: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the Staines office.

About the team

You will join a small, high‑impact CEO Office that acts as the organisation’s strategic engine — connecting the Board, executive leadership and cross‑functional teams. Together with the Chief of Staff, the role combines analysis, program delivery and internal convening to maintain leadership focus and momentum. Close collaborators include the Chief of Staff, XCO members, Internal Communications and senior functional leads; the team values speed, discretion and practical problem solving.

What you’ll do

  • Produce concise briefing packs, talk-tracks, slide decks and decision memos for the CEO and the Board, summarising business problems, options and recommended actions.

  • Draft executive communications, meeting agendas and investor/partner briefings; coordinate external advisors and RFPs when required.

  • Maintain strategic trackers and dashboards (roadmaps, OKRs, project status) for key projects/priorities and surface risks, dependencies and escalation needs.

  • Act as PMO for CEO‑sponsored initiatives: define scope, build plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and report progress; e.g. ESG Roadmap and committee

  • Assist with CEO‑level meeting logistics, executive offsite planning and post‑event follow‑up to convert decisions into actions.

  • Partner with the Events and Comms team as required, with regards to matters of priority for the office.

What you bring

  • 2–4 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, preferably in management consulting, corporate strategy, project management etc; experience in a PE‑backed or fast‑scaling SaaS environment is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to build clear dashboards and reports, synthesize complex inputs and present clear and concise recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced in preparing executive‑level slide decks and memos.

  • Demonstrable project management ability and comfort coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • High integrity, discretion and experience handling confidential investor/Board material.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure/processes as you go.

  • Analytical and proactive, with a sense of urgency

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/MS Excel and Google slides/MS PowerPoint; familiarity with data‑visualisation or collaboration tools (Tableau/) is desirable.

  • Degree in business, finance, economics, STEM or equivalent; MBA or professional qualification advantageous.
