Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and execution of our Ecommerce roadmap and MarTech capabilities for performance marketing. This role will work closely with the Ecommerce business team and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize paid media performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, that drive subscription services (for finance automation and mailing products), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and performance marketing technologies, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. and payment industry.
Your role in our future:
- Define and own the Ecommerce product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce business team to prioritize features and enhancements for the mail and supplies eShop.
- Drive conversion by implementing best in class conversion optimisation features; analytics, personalisation, multi-variant testing, offer/promotions management
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities to create a unified customer profile.
- Enable identity resolution by connecting cookies, first-party data, and other identifiers to build robust audience segments.
- Onboard audience segments into paid media platforms for targeting, retargeting, frequency capping, and suppression to improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Implement strategies for paid media optimization, leveraging first-party data enriched from the CDP.
- Oversee integration of CDP with Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) to activate audiences for paid campaigns.
- Apply attribution models and measure ROI on paid media spend using enriched first-party data.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data governance standards across all marketing technologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, Ecommerce, and technology teams.
- Provide guidance on best practices for performance marketing technology, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign automation.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
