Join Onepilot, a fast-growing startup in the Customer Experience industry. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will generate Sales Qualified Opportunities targeting key industries. You will work closely with the co-founder and CCO, the Head of Sales UK/I, the Marketing Director, and other Business Development Representatives. Your KPIs will be based on revenue enabled, number of qualified opportunities booked, qualification hygiene, and conversion rate.   • 3+ years experience in B2B sales and familiarity with the Customer Experience industry having worked for a SaaS company, a BPO or a consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of outbound success (cold outreach, events, partnership, self-sourced pipeline)
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders (COO, CCO, Head of CX/Ops)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Confident, energetic, and highly motivated to be a key pillar in Onepilots UK&I growth
  • Experience with Hubspot and the AI driven business development tool stack
  • Able to work from Old Street London office at least 3 days per week
