Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Agile transformation strategies and operating models tailored to organisational needs.
- Oversee and optimize Agile delivery processes to improve efficiency and outcomes, performing the responsibilities of a Scrum master and coach/mentor Agile teams.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, working closely with senior leaders, program managers, and product teams.
