As a Sales Engineer - Diffuse M/F/X you will report to Sales Manager in the Sales based in London for a Permanent contract.
What you will do?
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors within the assigned geographical area, building strong and long-term relationships.
- Develop distributor performance through stock profiling, stock management, new product introductions and stock compliance.
- Drive product awareness by delivering basic to intermediate product training for distributor teams and contractors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including targeting non-stocking distributors and supporting specification compliance on projects.
- Generate and share qualified project leads with the Key Account Manager and contribute to joint distributor business plans.
- Plan and manage sales activities efficiently using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting, pricing control and market intelligence.
- You are passionate about the electrical industry and possess a strong understanding of electrical installation systems.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- You are experienced in sales within the electrical industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- You have a willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
