Occupational Skills and Knowledge

  • A proven background in Recruitment within a highly regulated market.
  • Experience recruiting for nuclear or defence would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Eligible to obtain security clearance and work on UK eyes only projects.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise.
  • Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing and building talent pipelines, conducting initial pre-registration phone calls, and maintaining regular communication with candidates.
  • Assisting the wider HR team in the delivery of an excellent onboarding experience for new starters, supporting candidates through the security clearance process.
  • Leading and arranging interviews, assisting with workforce planning, and contributing to reports internally and externally.
