As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in our ambitious growth plans within the Defence market. You will be responsible for sourcing and building talent pipelines, conducting initial pre-registration phone calls, assisting with onboarding, leading interviews, and managing vacancies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to shape and change how NUVIA recruits within the Defence market.

- A proven background in Recruitment within a highly regulated market.
- Experience recruiting for nuclear or defence would be beneficial but not essential.
- Eligible to obtain security clearance and work on UK eyes only projects.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise.
- Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and building talent pipelines, conducting initial pre-registration phone calls, and maintaining regular communication with candidates.
- Assisting the wider HR team in the delivery of an excellent onboarding experience for new starters, supporting candidates through the security clearance process.
- Leading and arranging interviews, assisting with workforce planning, and contributing to reports internally and externally.
