As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales and KPIs, building customer loyalty, maintaining the brand's visual identity, and applying internal procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, including two Sundays a month. Fluency in French is a plus.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Managing a team of 3 people (to start with)
- Training and coaching your team
- Developing sales and KPIS
- Building customer loyalty: providing a unique shopping experience
- Maintaining the brand’s visual identity
- Apply and monitor internal procedures
(logistics, financial flows, retail, HR)
