- Lead and contribute to the design and build of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment to architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive a strong quality-first engineering culture, ensuring solutions are well-designed, testable, maintainable, and production-ready.
- Work closely with architects, testers, Dev/DevOps, and product teams to ensure end-to-end delivery success, and mentor and guide junior team members.
