Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services. As the Head of People & Culture for the UKI region, you will develop and execute a comprehensive P&C strategy, lead a team of P&C professionals, and serve as an advisor to the Executive Managing Director UKI. You will also ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards, manage the P&C budget, and drive organizational culture. This is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Culture strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business goals and long-term growth vision.
• Lead and manage a team of People & Culture professionals in executing the overall strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Serve as an advisor to the Executive Managing Director UK&I and leadership team on People & Culture topics, ensuring adherence to all internal policies and legal standards.
