the pitch

Join Wise, a global technology company on a mission to make international money transfers easier and more affordable. As an Inbound Account Executive, you'll work with inbound leads, qualify prospects, run discovery calls, and guide businesses through the sign-up process. This is a fast-paced sales role focused on helping businesses with their global banking needs.

Role

posted by company

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in a sales, business development, or commercial role. If you have more, that’s great too.

  • Strong communication skills — you can hold a conversation, ask the right questions, and build rapport quickly

  • Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential)

  • A structured, organised approach to managing your day and your pipeline

  • Curiosity about how businesses move money internationally and a genuine interest in fintech

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, payments, fintech, or financial services

  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling

Additional Information

What success looks like

In your first 90 days, you’ll complete a structured onboarding programme covering Wise’s products, sales process, tools, and competitive landscape. By month three, you should be independently running qualification calls and managing a live pipeline. Within six months, you’ll be consistently hitting your targets and actively contributing to how the team operates.

Why Wise

  • Mission-driven: You’re helping businesses save real money on international payments — not selling something they don’t need

  • Ground-floor opportunity: This sales team is being built from scratch. Your input will directly shape how it works

  • Transparent culture: Wise is known for radical transparency, from pricing to how the company is run

  • Global impact: Wise serves millions of customers across 160+ countries and 40+ currencies

  • Competitive package: Salary, RSUs, and benefits aligned with Wise’s compensation philosophy

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders  — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
