Summary

You will oversee the maintenance of quality and training of existing resources, as well as new trainees. · Resource Management – Recruitment identification, training, and deployment
· Line Manager – staff performance appraisals
· Liaison and prioritisation with Client HP management
· Ensuring compliance with H&S and appropriate systems
Delegated and Financial Authority:
· Disciplinary role (in conjunction with the Site Managers and Supervisors Managers
· Matching a set workforce to meet Customer requirements
Essential Skills Required:
Essential:
· At least 3 years’ Supervisor experience
· Must have a sound basic education
· Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Standard MS Office computer skills
· Driving licence
Desirable Skills Required:
Desirable:
· NVQ assessor qualification (or willing to work towards this)
- A Health Physics Qualification
Key responsibilities
- Management of operational Health Physics resources for Clients, ensuring efficient and safe utilization.
- Overseeing the maintenance of quality and training of existing resources as well as new trainees across several locations.
- Liaising between Site Managers/Supervisors and other Package Managers to ensure prompt and efficient response to work requests.
