As a Warranty Audit Consultant, you will conduct in-depth reviews of dealer warranty operations, provide structured warranty audits, and advise dealers on warranty processes and compliance. posted by company- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in Warranty and have an in-depth knowledge of the motor industry.
- Alternatively, we will also consider applicants with strong Aftersales and Warranty Process knowledge and three years of technical/workshop experience.
- Extensive knowledge of policy and procedure as well as workshops’ processes
- Knowledge of both car would be advantageous, however not essential.
- Ability to liaise and interact with all levels within the dealer network.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to manage own workload.

- PC literacy is essential
Additional Information
Full time 40 hours (Monday – Friday) with some degree of flexibility, also to be available to work overtime if required. Travel in the UK is essential with time away from home.
