Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, forecasting, and month-end analysis for corporate centre costs and coordination of other group function spend.
- Support the financial planning and performance tracking of ESG initiatives, ensuring costs, benefits, and key assumptions are clearly captured in budgets, forecasts, and the Long Term Plan.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Group executives (CFO, Chief People Officer, and Chief Legal officer), providing insight, challenge, and financial support across the people, finance, and legal agenda.
