Job Description

Role Overview

Quadient's eInvoicing portfolio is part of our suite of Finance and Communication Automation software solutions, designed to help organizations move from fragmented execution to governed, data-driven control. It connects essential workflows through a unified backbone, with a consistent user experience and shared visibility — so leaders stop chasing numbers across tools and teams.

eInvoicing is one of the fastest growing areas of our portfolio, driven by the acceleration of global mandates including France, Belgium, Germany, UK and the broader EU ViDA framework.

The Head of eInvoicing Product Management lives at the intersection of product strategy, customer insights and engineering execution. The role will define and drive the strategic direction of Quadient’s eInvoicing product portfolio, including our PA/Peppol solution and our Invoice delivery solution. Reporting to the SVP of Product and R&D, this leader owns the product vision, multi‑year roadmap, and business outcomes for one of the most regulated and fastest‑moving categories in B2B SaaS,while leading a global team of product and product marketing leaders.

The role partners closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, to scale our eInvoicing business across France and the broader EU mandate markets.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling long‑term product vision for Quadient’s eInvoicing portfolio, taking into account how the portfolio supports and provide compliance to the wider suite of Finance and Communication Automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain a rolling multi‑year product strategy and roadmap aligned to country mandate timelines (France, Belgium, Germany, UK, EU ViDA, and global rollouts).
  • Translate evolving regulatory frameworks — Peppol, PA, CTC models, structured invoicing formats (Factur‑X, UBL, XRechnung) — into differentiated, scalable product capabilities.
  • Own the strategy for Quadient’s Peppol Access Point and how the solution integrates within the Quadient portfolio and/or 3rd party partners.
  • Lead competitive analysis across the eInvoicing landscape and position Quadient for leadership in mandate markets.
  • Represent Quadient externally with strategic customers, partners, regulatory bodies, and industry forums (OpenPeppol, EESPA, national tax authority working groups).
  • Support M&A evaluation and post‑acquisition integration for eInvoicing assets and partner networks.
  • Own product P&L, with accountability for the financial outcomes of the portfolio.

Product & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead and develop the eInvoicing Product Management and Product Marketing teams, including PMs for SIG, Impress Invoice, and PA/Peppol — setting clear ownership, performance expectations, and growth paths.
  • Partner with R&D leadership (eInvoicing pod) to deliver predictable, high‑quality roadmap outcomes against fixed regulatory deadlines.
  • Drive modernization toward a cloud‑native, API‑first eInvoicing platform with strong AI‑enabled capabilities for data extraction, validation, and exception handling.
  • Establish best‑in‑class product discovery, prioritization, and release governance practices for a portfolio where compliance is non‑negotiable.
  • Integrate customer feedback, usage data, compliance signals, and competitive intelligence into every prioritization decision.
  • Deliver positioning, sales enablement, and analyst engagement.

Business & Market Impact

  • Drive ARR growth, NRR, and cloud adoption across the eInvoicing portfolio, with clear ownership of financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to support pipeline, win rates, and time‑to‑value in mandate markets.
  • Strengthen Quadient’s presence in analyst evaluations covering eInvoicing,
  • Act as a senior product voice in strategic deals sales cycles, executive briefings, and major RFP responses.

Key responsibilities
