As a Senior Associate in our Business Consulting practice, you will specialize in Change and Transformation within the Energy & Utilities sector. You will provide organizational change management advice and solutions, focusing on the adoption and integration of new technologies. This is a hybrid position based in London, Birmingham, or Glasgow.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the development of solutions and recommendations that consider business needs, user needs, and technology constraints.
• Supporting clients in defining transformation roadmaps that address organisational challenges and business objectives, including the effective adoption of technology to drive change.
• Developing and implementing change management strategies to support clients through organisational transformations, with a strong emphasis on enabling technology adoption and cultural readiness.
