Lead Scheduler
Summary
the pitchJoin our team as an IMS Lead Scheduler, where you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, governance, and control of the Integrated Master Schedule across complex programmes and projects. You will provide leadership and coordination across all planning activities, ensuring inputs from individual workstream planners are fully integrated into a single, coherent schedule. This is a hybrid position based in West Burton, with a salary range of £44,574 - £65,000, depending on experience.

- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of programme controls, planning governance, and scheduling best practice.
- Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how individual workstreams contribute to overall programme delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to communicate complex schedule information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in critical path analysis, forecasting, performance reporting, and schedule risk management.
- Proven capability to lead planning teams within complex and highly integrated delivery environments.
- Experience in NEC form of contract.
- Professional certifications (APM, PMI-SP, PSP, PMP).

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment and integration of planning inputs from various projects.
- Coordinate and integrate planning inputs from multiple projects, workstream and IPT planners, identifying critical paths, key dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Promote best practices in Programme and project planning, and reporting, driving continuous improvement initiatives in Programme and project planning.
