Key responsibilities
- Leadership: Act as a transformational leader, influencing multiple squads and increasing their effectiveness by sharing expert knowledge and experience.
- Delivery: Drive significant technology initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with architects and acting as Product Owner to craft roadmaps and steer long-range goals.
- Engineering Excellence: Drive the design and implementation of robust and durable software solutions, embedding engineering best practices in collaboration with all Principal Engineers.
