- Lead Discovery & Assessment activities, validate assumptions, identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Design and oversee target-state architecture across all domains, ensuring integration and rollback strategies.
- Serve as design authority through all migration waves, approve wave sequencing, batch definitions, readiness gates.
