Marvin Recruiter is a next-generation ATS/CRM built for recruitment and consulting firms. Where traditional tools simply track applications, Marvin centralises an entire firm’s activity: candidate pipeline management, B2B commercial pipeline, job board multiposting, AI-powered matching, team KPIs — all in a single interface.

The product was built natively with AI: automatic candidate matching, advanced search, CV parsing, one-click LinkedIn profile enrichment. It’s a complex tool, designed by recruiters for recruiters, that replaces several software solutions at once.

We equip firms from 2 to 100 users and we are growing fast throughout our European expansion!

Key responsibilities

  • Identification and targeting of recruitment and consulting firms, generating opportunities through various channels.
  • Qualifying prospects, running personalized demos, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Keeping the CRM updated in real time, reporting on pipeline and forecasted revenue, and contributing to internal improvements.
