Responsibilities
Support the planning, activation and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns.
Coordinate campaign deadlines, trackers and project timelines.
Assist with campaign booking, administration and financial reconciliation processes.
Maintain campaign documents, reports, status updates and WIP’s.
Support the preparation of presentations, client materials and internal documents.
Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
Work closely with specialist teams across online and offline media channels.
Develop a strong understanding of media planning fundamentals and campaign delivery processes.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all work produced.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal Experience
Previous experience within marketing, media, advertising, business or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
Curious about media, advertising, marketing and consumer behaviour.
No previous agency experience is required; we're looking for individuals with the right attitude, motivation and potential.
