Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, activation and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns.

  • Coordinate campaign deadlines, trackers and project timelines.

  • Assist with campaign booking, administration and financial reconciliation processes.

  • Maintain campaign documents, reports, status updates and WIP’s. 

  • Support the preparation of presentations, client materials and internal documents.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments.

  • Work closely with specialist teams across online and offline media channels. 

  • Develop a strong understanding of media planning fundamentals and campaign delivery processes.

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all work produced.

Who We're Looking For

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience within marketing, media, advertising, business or a related field.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and presentation tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.

  • Curious about media, advertising, marketing and consumer behaviour.

No previous agency experience is required; we're looking for individuals with the right attitude, motivation and potential.
