  • Strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You have a strong sensitivity to cultural differences, local trends, and market-specific consumer behaviour
  • Proven experience managing agencies, influencers, and external partners, combined with a strong understanding of the international social media and influencer landscape, particularly across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch
  • A hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are confident working with KPIs, campaign reporting, and performance-driven influencer marketing initiatives
  • Fluent English skills (C2 level); Spanish is a plus, and additional European languages are considered beneficial
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an international or multi-market environment
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
