HRBP UK (Interim - 12-14 month fixed term contract)

As an interim HR Business Partner, you will support our Go-to-Market organization, focusing on Consulting and the global Revenue Growth organization. You will design and execute people-related strategies, provide strategic business partnerships, lead organizational change initiatives, and strengthen leadership capability and organizational culture. You must have 4+ years of relevant international HR Business Partner experience, preferably in the tech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design, support, and execute people-related strategy at scale, focusing on organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide strategic business partnerships, thought partnerships, and coaching at all levels of the organization, specifically partnering with regional senior leadership.
• Proactively assess the team and organizational needs, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.
