The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Connect EMEA team led by Jane Barge, VP Connect. Launched in 2020, Mirakl Connect has grown from a network linking sellers and marketplace operators into a comprehensive seller platform with 20,000+ sellers. With the launch of Channel Manager in 2024, it now enables sellers to scale across 450+ marketplaces and agentic channels, while continuing to expand through AI-powered capabilities, ads management, financial services, and an app store. The team consists of around 20 people across Europe, spanning Account Executives, Account Managers, Partnerships, and Customer Success, organized to address both SMB and Enterprise clients. Together, you'll be driving Mirakl Connect's expansion in the European brand and marketplace ecosystem.

For Enterprise deals, we run dedicated Deal Clinics to ensure every opportunity gets the right focus, coaching, and support from the team. And when we win, we celebrate together: every closed deal rings the office bell, gets shouted out in our dedicated Slack channel, and is celebrated as a team.

Your Impact

  • Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise brands across the UK & Nordics, from first pitch to contract signature
  • Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to consistently hit revenue targets
  • Establish C-suite relationships with VP, EVP, and C-level stakeholders in the fashion and brands ecosystem
  • Partner with Client Success and Account Management teams to set clients up for long-term success post-signature
  • Expand Mirakl Connect's footprint and brand presence in the UK & Nordic markets

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with at least 5+ years in a closing role
  • 4+ years in the software industry, ideally in SaaS and/or Ecommerce
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in the Marketplace and/or Seller & Brand ecosystem is a strong plus

Compensation

Pay Range: £120,000 to £140,000 OTE, depending on level of experience
